Privacy Policy
Brightlisted ("we") edits listing photos for short-term rental hosts. This page explains which personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What We Collect
- Your name and email address, when you contact us or fill in the form.
- The link to your listing, and the photos you send us or that are on that listing.
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message.
Why We Use It
- To reply to you and edit your photos. That is the basis for our agreement with you.
- To send you an invoice and keep our administration, as Dutch tax law requires.
- To show your before-and-after photos as an example of our work, only if you give us written permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
Who We Share It With
We never sell your data. We use a few services to run our business, which process data on our behalf: Formspree (contact form), Google (Gmail) and Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding). Some of these services may store data outside the EU.
How Long We Keep It
We delete your photos 3 months after we deliver them, unless you have given permission to use them as an example. Messages from people who did not become clients are deleted after 3 months. Invoices are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Your Rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Email us and we will reply within a month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
