Questions hosts ask
Do I need a photographer or new photos?
No. We work with the photos you already have. Sending the original files instead of the listing photos gives the sharpest result.
Will guests be disappointed when they arrive?
That's exactly what we avoid. We only fix light, colour and lines. Furniture, wall colours, the view and room size stay exactly as they are.
Is this allowed on Airbnb?
Yes. You upload the new photos to your own listing, like any photo update. Airbnb asks hosts to keep their photos accurate, and that's the rule we work by too.
How do the new photos get on my listing?
You get the edited photos as files and upload them to your listing yourself. You stay in full control of your account.
How long does it take?
You'll get your before-and-after photos back within a few days of sending your listing.
What happens to my photos?
We only use them to edit your listing. We never post your photos or before-and-afters anywhere without your permission. Read more in our privacy policy.
